1. Acceptance

ZenviaFin provides educational content, budgeting templates, case studies, analytical summaries, and a paid course titled ZenviaFin: hábitos financieros para organizar tu dinero. Content focuses on practical household budgeting, expense tracking, and habit formation for residents of Mexico. Services include downloadable spreadsheet templates, articles, course modules, and email communications related to course registration. The site does not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. Any tools or templates are provided for planning and educational use and should be tailored by the user to their circumstances. The scope of our service excludes accountancy and representation before authorities. Third-party tools and links may be made available but are not controlled by ZenviaFin.
3. User obligations

The maximum aggregate liability for direct damages shall be limited to the lesser of the total amount paid by the user to ZenviaFin in the prior 12 months or 100 EUR. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City. Users and ZenviaFin submit to that jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.
12. Dispute resolution
Prior to initiating formal proceedings parties agree to a 30 day informal resolution period where they seek to resolve the dispute by good faith communications. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days either party may bring a claim before the courts specified in the governing law clause. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a competent court.
13. Termination
ZenviaFin may suspend or terminate access to services at its discretion for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Termination may occur with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law clauses.
14. Modifications
ZenviaFin may modify these Terms. Posted changes will take effect 14 days after posting on the site unless otherwise required by law. We will provide notice of material changes via a banner on the homepage at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date of revised Terms will constitute acceptance of those changes.
